ตรวจสอบโครงสร้างตัวสะพานเครื่องชั่งรถบรรทุก
ค่าที่บาลานซ์และเที่ยงตรงต้องเริ่มจากโครงสร้าง ตรวจสอบสิ่งอุดตันช่องรอยต่อ Ram กับ สะพาน, เช็คคุณภาพ Stopper ของโหลดเซลล์และอื่นๆ
ตรวจสอบระบบโหลดเซลล์
สายกราวด์, สายโหลดเซลล์, สายจากโหลดเซลล์ไปยัง Junction box, สายจาก Junction box ไปยังหัวอ่าน เพื่อค่าน้ำหนักที่ถูกต้องและมีคุณภาพ
ตรวจเช็คความแม่นยำทั้งระบบ
