OPC UA Server (Unified Architecture) เป็นฟังก์ชัน Built-in ในจอ Weintek รุ่น Advance Model (cMT3000X Series) ซึ่งจอ Weintek HMI รองรับการเชื่อมต่อ Device PLC มากกว่า 400+ Driver ทำให้สามารถใช้จอเป็น Gateway เพื่อเชื่อมต่อกับ OPC UA Client ต่างๆ และอัพเดท Data แบบ Real-time

– รองรับเฉพาะจอรุ่น Advance Model cMT3000X Series ทุกรุ่นยกเว้น cMT-FHDX
– รองรับสูงสุด 15,000 Tags / 50 HDA Address
– รองรับ Security None/Basic128/Basic256
Part 1 : วิธีตั้งค่า OPC UA Server
- เปิดโปรเจคไฟล์ที่ต้องการทำ OPC UA Server
2. แถบ IIoT/Energy -> เลือก OPC UA Server
3. Enable Server -> กำหนด Port : 48400 -> เลือก Security Policy
4. แถบ User Authentication -> เลือก Read/Write -> ปิดการใช้งาน User name & password
Part 2 : สร้าง Tag address เชื่อมต่อ Device PLC
5. เลือก New Tag…
6. ตั้งชื่อ Tag -> ระบุ PLC Address -> เลือก Read/Write mode

Part 3 : ทดสอบ OPC UA Server ด้วย UaExpert Client
UaExpert เป็นซอฟต์แวร์ OPC UA Client ที่ดาวน์โหลดและใช้งานได้ฟรี โดยสามารถดาวน์โหลดจากลิงค์ด้านล่าง

7. เปิดโปรแกรม UaExpert Client -> คลิกขวาเพิ่ม OPC UA Server
8. Add Server… -> ใส่ opc.tcp://<HMI IP>:48400
9. เลือกรูปแบบ Server Security ที่เชื่อมต่อ
10. Tag จาก OPC UA Server แสดงบนโปรแกรม UaExpert
11. ลาก Tag ที่ต้องการใช้งานลงใน Data Access View
ทดสอบการใช้งาน OPC UA Server สามารถสื่อสารกับ UaExpert ได้
